Take a walk, go for a jog or hire a bike and ride the tracks through the park. The ocean view walk is 1.2 km one-way and provides some access to the coastline where you can stop and admire the view. 
The rainforest circuit is 2.3 km return and set in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Stop by the Tumgun lookout where you might be able to spot some migrating whales and admire the coastal vista to Surfers Paradise across Burleigh Beach. Keep an eye out for the Australian brush-turkey foraging through the rainforest floor and other little creatures who call the park their home.
